Ingredients

  • 10 oz of canned salmon
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups of whole wheat flour

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (roughly 180°C)
  2. Place 10oz of salmon in a food processor or blender to chop as finely as possible
  3. In a stand mixer, combine salmon, 1 beaten egg, and 2 cups of whole wheat flour until a dough forms. If the dough is too dry, add up to ⅓ cup of water. If it’s too wet or sticky, add more flour. The dough should be tacky, but not sticky

  5. Bake the treats at 250°F (roughly 120°C) for about 20 minutes until slightly brown and crunchy
  6. Allow to cool before serving

You can also store these yummy salmon treats for up to two weeks after they’re done!

4. Dog doughnuts

These doughnuts both look and taste delicious, and are the perfect special treat for your canine friend! You can even top them off with yogurt and bacon bits to make them extra pretty, but rest assured that your dog will love it all the same.
