Pets’ Station provides complimentary delivery service for orders S$55 and above. If your order falls below S$55, there will be a standard delivery charge of S$10.
For any unsuccessful and rescheduled delivery, a re-delivery fee of S$10 will be applied.
After an order is placed and payment is received, our customer service officer will contact the customer within 3 working days. For standard delivery, you can expect the products will be delivered to you within 5 working days.
For standard delivery, the delivery hours are as followed:
(i) Mondays: 2.00PM to 6.00PM;
(ii) Tuesdays to Fridays: 10.00AM to 6.00PM; 6:00PM to 10:00PM
(iii) Saturdays: 10.00AM to 1.00PM;
(iv) No delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays.
In some circumstances, delivery time frame might take longer than expected. We seek for your understanding and apologise for any delay and inconveniences caused. For standard delivery, all delivery timings and schedules are based on our driver’s route of delivery.
All products are delivered within Singapore only. We seek for your understanding and apologise in advance if the delivery timings do not suit your schedule. We will try our best to accommodate your needs by offering alternate options.
During the delivery of products, customers are required to be available to receive the products from our delivery man. Customer shall receive and check the products upon arrival. No return or exchange request will be attended for products leave outside the house that are requested by customer.
For sensitive or frozen stated products, customer are required to collect and check the products if they are in good condition. Customer will be required to sign on a form as an acknowledgement for the products received are in good condition. No exchange, return or refund will be attended for sensitive and frozen products.
We aim to deliver the goods on time. However, we shall notify you if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, we will contact you and inform on the next available delivery date and no refund, exchange or compensation request will be attended.
We will take every effort to accommodate you. However, please note that it might be possible for us to be unable to deliver to some locations in which event we will inform you using the contact details provided when you place your order and subsequently arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.
