Refund policy

At Pets' Station, your satisfaction is our first priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience.

Customers are strongly advised to check your products upon receipt of them immediately to avoid any possible dispute. Our deliveries are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. But in the event you receive a faulty item, simply follow the instructions below.

The Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy described below are only applicable to online purchases made through www.petsstation.com.sg. 

  1. All Sales are final and non-refundable. 
  2. Product(s) that are in DAMAGED CONDITION UPON DELIVERY, WRONGLY DELIVERED and MANUFACTURER'S DEFECT will be eligible for exchange and return once verified. Customer is required to produce original tax invoice as proof of purchase from www.petsstation.com.sg and contact us at +65 6363 1121 or care@petsstation.com.sg. Otherwise, product(s) will not be eligible for exchange or refund. 
  3. All exchange and return product(s) must be returned within 7 days of purchase and shall be unused; tags not tampered with and in the original brand packaging (if applicable). Such exchange and return product(s) does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer. This policy is only applicable to those product(s) that do not fall under the list of clearance product(s) provided for on our Site. Product(s) that show sign of use will not be applicable for refund and exchange. 
  4. Customer should receive and check the product(s) upon delivery. No return or exchange for product(s) that are left outside the premises as requested by customer if the product(s) are lost or damaged. 
  5. We aim to deliver the goods on time. However, we shall notify you if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, we will contact you and inform on the next available delivery date and no refund, exchange or compensation request will be attended.
  6. Please be informed that for product(s) which have measurements such as cages and gates may have a discrepancy of ±2cm, which cannot be established as a ground for exchange or refund. 
  7. All sale product(s) (with vouchers, promo codes, promotion, and clearance) cannot be exchanged or returned.
  8. If the product(s) is returned and/or exchanged, customer(s) is responsible for a Return shipping fee of SGD$20 delivery charge per trip.

All frozen products

  • STRICTLY no return, exchange or refund for Big Dog Barf frozen product(s) once delivered to customer.
  • Customer is responsible to check, acknowledge and receive that the Big Dog BARF frozen product(s) is in good condition upon delivery. All return, exchange or refund request will not be attended after acknowledgement of receiving product(s).

Pets’ Station Holding Pte Ltd reserves the right to add, delete or amend any clauses or wordings in the policy without prior notice.
