How can I start collecting points?

Start by clicking on the Pawpoints icon on the bottom right of the screen. Here you will find all that is necessary to start your journey.

How to redeem your points? 

Proceed to the Pawpoints icon and click the redeem button. 

When you collected enough points, you have the option to redeem them at your preferred value. Once redeem, you will receive a unique code in your email to be inserted when you check out on your next purchase. Please note that you are unable to use this voucher simultaneously with the Big Dog 3 for 15% discount. What you can do instead if you are long term Big Dog Buyer and want to use the voucher?

1) Buy 1/2 boxes of Big Dog Barf + other treats or accessories and use the Voucher (Once you select 3 boxes, you are unable to use the voucher)

2) Choose the bundle of 3 (no mix and match) and use the voucher.

How do I refer a friend?

Login to your account and you will see a reference link.

Send the link to your friends where they will be prompt to insert their email which they will use to register their account.

Once their email is inserted, they will receive a promo code. How they made their first order, you will then receive your pawpoints.
